A Joint Venture

CoLiberty is a direct result of the LGA’s Social Care Digital Innovation Accelerator (SCDIA) programme. Brought together by CC2i with match funding from NHS Digital; the collaboration saw the technical provider Looking Local working with 5 Councils and their health partners to create a digital solution to administer deprivation of liberty.

CC2i is a public sector co-funding and collaboration platform enabling public sector bodies to co-fund solutions to address their shared digital challenges. With a proven track record, CC2i went in search to find 5 Local Authorities actively looking to get one step ahead of the incoming LPS legislation with the guidance of Technology partner, Looking Local.
